About Dr. Rania
Caring for the whole child — and the whole family
Dr. Rania Ayat Hawayek is an experienced paediatrician, originally from Lebanon, who grew up in Dubai and studied medicine in London before returning to Dubai in 2009.
She has a passion for treating the child as a whole, with wellness and disease prevention at the core of her practice. She believes that to maintain good health, one needs to address every aspect of life — physical, mental and social — and she focuses on educating and empowering parents and children to take ownership over their health and wellness.
Dr. Rania's particular area of interest and expertise is gastroesophageal reflux and feeding difficulties in newborns and infants. She also treats all other areas of paediatrics — childhood asthma, allergic rhinitis, recurrent cough, abdominal pain, growth concerns, and skin conditions such as eczema and urticaria.
Her vision for 'Redefining Family Care' culminated in establishing Circle Care Clinic in December 2019. The clinic puts the child at its core and extends its services to every member of the family — a one-stop home for all their health needs.

From the earliest days of a baby's life, Dr. Rania guides families through reflux and feeding difficulties with patience and reassurance — helping newborns thrive and giving parents confidence.
