Circle Care Clinic is a family healthcare clinic in Dubai, UAE, licensed by the Dubai Health Authority (MOH #: 2DA92YGF-080725). These terms apply to your use of our website. The care we provide in clinic is also governed by our clinical policies, your consent to treatment, and UAE law.

2Using our website

You may use our website for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the site in any way that breaks the law or infringes the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or connected systems.
• Misuse, disrupt or place an unreasonable load on the site or any of its features, including the AI assistant.
• Copy, scrape, republish or commercially exploit our content without our written permission.

The information on this website — including our articles, condition and treatment pages, and the Circa AI assistant — is provided for general information only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for a consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. Never disregard professional medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you have read here.

4Circa AI assistant

The AI assistant provides general, automated information about the clinic and family-health topics. It can make mistakes and may not always be accurate, current or complete, and using it does not create a doctor–patient relationship.

Do not rely on the assistant for diagnosis, treatment decisions or emergencies, and please avoid entering sensitive personal or health details. For anything specific to you, book an appointment with one of our specialists.

5Appointments and bookings

Requesting an appointment through our website, WhatsApp or booking tools is a request — it is not a confirmed booking until our team confirms it with you. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred time, specialist and location. Please let us know promptly if you need to cancel or reschedule.

6Fees, insurance and payment

Circle Care operates on a pay-and-claim basis for most insurers: you settle the fee at the clinic, and we provide the invoice and documentation you need to claim reimbursement from your insurer. Coverage decisions are made by your insurer, and you are responsible for any co-payments, deductibles or non-covered services. Fees are available on request and are explained before treatment where possible.

7Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos and design — is owned by or licensed to Circle Care Clinic and is protected by law. You may view and print content for your own personal use, but you may not reproduce, distribute or use it commercially without our prior written permission.

8Third-party links

Our website may link to third-party websites and services, such as insurers, maps or social media. We provide these links for convenience and are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of those third parties.

9Privacy

Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and handle your personal and health information.
