What it's for

Care for the two of you, together

Mother & baby care is dedicated support for the fourth trimester and beyond — those tender early months when a baby is growing fast and a new parent is finding their feet. It brings together everything you need in one warm, familiar place.

That means expert newborn checks and growth monitoring for your baby, hands-on help with feeding and lactation, and genuine support for you — your recovery, your confidence and your wellbeing. No question is too small, and no worry too silly. This is the reassurance every new family deserves.

Looking after your whole circle, right from the start.

Good to know

Mother & baby care, answered

When should I bring my newborn in for a first check?
In the first days and weeks. A newborn check reviews your baby's health, weight, hips, hearing and feeding — and gives you the chance to ask everything on your mind. You're welcome to come sooner if you have any concern at all.
Can I get help if breastfeeding isn't going well?
Absolutely — that's exactly what our lactation specialist is here for. Whether it's a painful latch, worries about supply, or you're simply exhausted, we offer hands-on, judgement-free support to help you find a feeding journey that works.
Do you support bottle and combination feeding too?
Yes, completely. Fed is best, and we support every feeding choice without judgement — including bottle feeding, combination feeding, expressing and weaning.
My baby is unsettled — is something wrong?
The early weeks are often unsettled, and most of the time it's completely normal. We can help you understand reflux, colic and wind, offer practical settling advice, and reassure you — or look closer if something needs attention.
Do you look after mum as well as baby?
Yes. Your wellbeing matters just as much. We offer support, a listening ear and guidance for your recovery and confidence, and can connect you with our women's health team for postnatal care.
Is mother & baby care covered by insurance?
Cover varies by policy. Our team is happy to help you understand what your plan includes and to assist with any claim.
