About Dr. Kathrin

Dr. Kathrin Christine Foehe is a Specialist Paediatrician who has been practising in Dubai since 2008. Originally from Germany, she lived in Argentina, Brazil and India before moving to the UAE — a background that gives her a warm, worldly perspective on caring for international families.
She studied medicine at the Free University of Berlin, the Universidad de Córdoba in Argentina and Louisiana State University in the USA. She is a member of the German Society of Paediatrics and is certified in ultrasound scanning and in tropical and travel medicine.
Dr. Kathrin has extensive experience in managing paediatric cases from birth to adulthood, with a particular interest in asthma, dermatology, preventive medicine, immunisations and travel and tropical medicine. She performs the German preventive examinations (Vorsorgeuntersuchungen U2–J2) according to German and French standards.
She is available to consult in English, German, French and Spanish.

Certified in tropical and travel medicine, Dr. Kathrin helps families travel confidently — from pre-trip vaccinations and malaria advice to care for children returning unwell from abroad.
