Back to what you love, sooner

Whether you run, lift, play on a team or just want to move without pain, an injury shouldn't sideline the things that keep you well. Our sports medicine care assesses what's really going on, treats it properly, and guides you back to full activity — safely, and without rushing the recovery.

What it's for

More than treating the injury

Sports medicine looks after the whole picture of an active body — not just the sprain or the sore knee in front of us, but why it happened and how to stop it happening again.

That means a proper diagnosis first, then a treatment and rehabilitation plan built around your sport, your goals and your timeline. It's the same care whether you're a competitive athlete or someone who simply wants to keep running, lifting or playing without pain holding you back.

The aim is always the same: back to full activity, and stronger against the next setback.

Circle Care Clinic

What we treat

Care for every kind of active body

From a sudden injury to a niggle that won't settle, we assess, treat and rehabilitate the problems that get in the way of moving well.

Injury

Sports injuries

Sprains, strains, ligament and muscle injuries — assessed, diagnosed and treated so they heal properly rather than lingering.

Joints

Joint & muscle pain

Knees, shoulders, ankles, hips and backs — ongoing or activity-related pain, worked up to find the real cause.

Overuse

Overuse injuries

Tendinopathies, shin splints, runner's knee and other repetitive-strain problems common in regular training.

Recovery

Rehabilitation & recovery

A structured, progressive plan to rebuild strength and movement after an injury, so you come back fully — not halfway.

Assessment

Return-to-sport assessment

Clear, honest guidance on when it's safe to return, and how to build back load without risking a fresh injury.

Prevention

Prevention & performance

Movement and load advice to reduce injury risk and keep you training consistently, season after season.

Circle Care Clinic

How we work

Diagnose, treat, rebuild

Good sports medicine is a sequence, not a quick fix: understand what's wrong, treat it well, and rebuild you to full strength so it doesn't simply happen again.

In-house imaging arranged on-site when it's needed
A treatment plan built around your sport and your goals

Good to know

Sports medicine, answered

Do I need a referral to see a sports medicine doctor?
No referral is needed — you can book an assessment directly, whether the injury is new or something that's been bothering you for a while.
Should I see you or an orthopaedic surgeon?
Sports medicine is a great first stop for most injuries — assessment, diagnosis and non-surgical treatment and rehab. If your problem needs surgery, we'll refer you to our orthopaedic and hand surgery team and coordinate your care.
Can you arrange a scan for my injury?
Yes. When imaging is needed to confirm a diagnosis, we can arrange it on-site — so assessment, imaging and your treatment plan can happen without sending you back and forth.
How soon can I get back to training?
It depends entirely on the injury and how you respond to treatment. We'll give you an honest timeline and a staged plan, so you return at the right pace rather than risking a setback by rushing.
Do you only treat serious athletes?
Not at all. We look after weekend runners, gym-goers, team players and desk-based professionals just as carefully as competitive athletes — anyone who wants to move well and stay active.
Is sports medicine covered by insurance?
Cover varies by policy. Our team is happy to help you understand what your plan includes and to assist with any claim.
