Good timing

When to book an appointment

You don't need to wait until something's wrong. Here's when it's worth booking in.

For routine care

Most women benefit from a well-woman check once a year from their late teens or early twenties — for exams, smears and preventive care.

If something's changed

Book if you have irregular or heavy periods, pelvic pain, abnormal bleeding, or any fertility concerns — early assessment means earlier answers.

When you're expecting

Arrange your first antenatal visit within about eight weeks of your last period, so we can care for you and your baby from the very start.

Good to know

Your questions, answered

Do you provide full pregnancy (obstetric) care?
Yes. We care for you through every trimester with antenatal check-ups, monitoring and on-site scans, and we coordinate your delivery closely with your chosen hospital — then support your postnatal recovery and your baby's care.
Can I see a female gynaecologist?
Yes. Our obstetricians and gynaecologists are female, and we'll always do our best to match you with a doctor you feel comfortable with.
Do I need a referral to see a gynaecologist?
No referral is needed — simply book online, by phone or on WhatsApp, and we'll take care of the rest.
Do you offer pregnancy scans?
Yes — we carry out reassurance scans on-site as part of your antenatal care.
Can you help with menopause and HRT?
Absolutely. We offer honest guidance on menopause symptoms, lifestyle support and hormone replacement therapy (HRT) where it's right for you — with time to talk it through.
Is my visit confidential?
Completely. Everything you share with us is private and treated with respect — this is a judgement-free space for whatever's on your mind.
What gynaecological surgery do you offer?
From minor procedures such as hysteroscopy and D&C to laparoscopy (keyhole surgery), endometrial ablation, myomectomy for fibroids and hysterectomy. We favour minimally invasive techniques wherever possible, for greater precision and a faster recovery, and carry out complex surgery in a fully-equipped hospital setting.
How often should I have a check-up?
As a general guide, an annual well-woman visit from your late teens or early twenties is ideal — for routine exams, cervical screening and preventive care. Beyond that, book any time something changes or concerns you; you never need to wait for your yearly visit.
