What it's for

One doctor for the whole picture

General practice is medicine at its most human — the doctor you see first, for almost anything. From everyday illnesses and minor injuries to long-term conditions, health worries and prevention, your GP looks at you as a whole person, not a single symptom.

Because we get to know you over time, we can spot what's changed, join up the dots between different issues, and guide you to the right specialist care when it's needed — without you having to start from scratch each visit.

Most of what life throws at your health can be sorted, or set on the right path, with a single unhurried appointment.

What we help with

Almost anything, to start with

If you're not sure who to see, see your GP first. Here's some of what we sort every day.

Everyday

Coughs, colds & infections

Fevers, sore throats, chest and urine infections, ear problems — diagnosed and treated, with antibiotics only when they're truly needed.

Everyday

Aches, pains & minor injuries

Back and joint pain, sprains, small wounds and strains — assessed, treated and referred on if something more is going on.

Common

Skin, gut & everyday complaints

Rashes, digestive upsets, headaches, allergies and the many small things that don't feel right — looked at properly.

Wellbeing

Stress, sleep & low mood

Feeling anxious, run down or not yourself — a safe, unhurried conversation and practical support, with onward help if you want it.

Ongoing

Long-term conditions

Diabetes, blood pressure, cholesterol, thyroid and asthma — reviewed and managed by a doctor who knows your history.

Admin

Prescriptions & certificates

Good to know

General practice, answered

Do I need a referral to see a GP?
No. You can book a general practice appointment directly — online, by phone or on WhatsApp. If you later need a specialist, your GP will arrange the referral for you.
What can a GP actually help with?
Almost anything to start with — everyday illnesses, minor injuries, skin and stomach complaints, mental wellbeing, long-term conditions, health checks and prescriptions. If it needs a specialist, we point you the right way.
Can I get blood tests and other tests done there?
Yes. We carry out blood tests, urine tests and in-house imaging on-site, so in many cases you get answers within the same visit rather than being sent elsewhere.
Can my GP manage an ongoing condition like diabetes or blood pressure?
Yes. We provide continuous, attentive management of long-term conditions with regular reviews — from a doctor who knows your history rather than starting fresh each time.
Can I see the same doctor each time?
Wherever possible, yes. Continuity is at the heart of general practice — seeing a doctor who knows you means better, faster and more personal care.
Do you see children too?
Our general practice cares for adults, while our dedicated paediatric team looks after babies, children and teens — so every member of your family sees the right doctor, all in one clinic.
