About Tina
Thirty years of the clearest possible images, with the least exposure
Bettina Schaefer — known as Tina to all her family, friends, colleagues and patients — is a Senior Radiographer with over 30 years' experience across various fields of Radiography, ranging from standard X-ray imaging to CT, MRI, mammography and fluoroscopy, and specialising in Paediatric Radiography.
Bettina graduated in 1987 from Goethe University in Frankfurt, and went on to work in various Radiology Departments in hospitals across Germany, where she held several positions such as Head of the Nuclear Medicine Department and Head of the CT Department. Tina also holds a Certificate in Quality Management and was appointed as Quality Management Officer.
In 2011, Tina moved to Dubai, where she joined a busy paediatric clinic as Head of Paediatric Radiology. We are very lucky to have Tina join our team at Circle Care Clinic as our Senior Radiographer and Head of Radiology, where she looks after both paediatric and adult patients with her deep-rooted passion and focus to achieve the best possible imaging with the least number of exposures and minimal hassle.
She does this all with a fantastic bedside manner, and never-ending patience and encouragement.
