They are extremely passionate about working with patients and families, and managing their nutrition concerns and conditions, in order to optimize health and prevent or treat diseases. Their combined areas of expertise range from weight management, hypertension and hyperlipidaemia management, diabetes nutritional concerns, obesity, picky eating, weaning in babies and lactation consulting.
Our Nutritionists will evaluate the patient’s medical history and health concerns and habits, and conduct a dietary assessment, while considering allergies, intolerances and food preferences. The assessments focus on finding the root cause of a patient’s eating patterns and aid in educating them about nutritional misinformation and its consequent effects on the body.
The endeavours of our Dietitians aim to create a well-informed family who is motivated to learn about nutrition, in order to make healthy changes for the entire household. Above all, they contribute to the success of their patients through the steady building of healthy habits that are key in making long-lasting improvements to a client’s overall health and wellbeing.
